I'm not sure why you'd want that
It's really not that good
It's lost its only value
Might as well be made of wood

I'm not sure why you'd want that
It's bad enough right now
It's in a horrible state
Yet it's there, I don't know how

I'm not sure why you'd want that
It's not even made of gold
It's also rather broken
More than likely it's quite old

I'm not sure why you'd want that
It's already lost its shine
It's not even pretty
And it's been faded over time

I'll tell you why I want that
Because it's beautiful to me
That's your one and only heart
And it's precious, can't you see?
