So I've got to say
That I think today
Can't be what they say
Or else I pray
That someone else takes over

Because we fight
For what's "right"
And continue to fight
Through day and night
Until someone else takes over

And then we blame
In this game
Of moving the blame
When we're all the same
Then someone else takes over

You can sit
Or you could hit
I'm gonna sit
Until I feel it
When someone else takes over

So tell me over
Four-leaf clover
Tell me over, over, over
Just like the Martian Rover
And someone else take over
